  Had George Turner heating and cooling install a new unit in my new house in 2012 in Counce Tn. I called him the next summer for the free service but he never showed up. The next year the a/c quit working and George came out and charged the system and charged me $250.00 and the a/c worked. The next spring it quit again and back he came. He installed a stop leak and a leak detector and told me the Reem products were made overseas and were junk. Another $348.00. I called Reem and asked why it was not covered under warranty and they said he never sent in the papers and he voided the warranty by installing a contaminant into the system. I asked George why and he said I was supposed to do it. I didn’t get any warranty papers from George. The next spring the A/c quit again and we got Harbin air to come out. Leak in condenser. Will be a $2,800 repair that should have been fixed to begin with under warranty. I’ll take him to court. Would definitely never use this guy again and would not recommend him to anyone. R. E. Moore.
