  Tuffy Auto Center is The Best in the Tri City area. Joe took care of all of my automobile needs. I needed a windshield and it was done to satisfactory. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this shop over all the shops in the Tri City area. Thanks Joe for always doing a great job!!! You are the Best!!!

  Excellent customer service!!! I found this wonderful shop last year because I waiting until the last minute to get an inspection. They completed my inspection and gave me a great deal on my tires. This year I did the same thing(waited until the last minute to get my inspection) and I called Tuffys. They advised it was first come first served but they made sure to get me in. Excellent service and I highly recommend!!!!

  I have confidence in Tuffy Colonial Heights for any issue I have and for regular maintenance. Joe has been my mechanic for about five years now. Any problem I come with he solves quickly. Service that’ll cost a grand or more at a dealership, he’ll do for a fraction and ONLY the necessary. No appointment necessary, he can see you same day and maybe even fix it if you get there early. 5/5 would recommend
