I just have to send out my upmost appreciation to Jim, the owner for personally taking such good care of me! He has gone over and beyond for me in more ways than one. He came out a week or so ago and looked at my water heater for me because my water heater wouldn’t light. He diagnosed the problem, after hours, the same day; To see what he could do to get me hot water! Right then and there I was so appreciative! Unlucky, the unit that releases gas into my water heater was damaged. He contacted Rheem Water heater company, and waited forever on hold for me! He got the item shipped to me. I called in when I got the part, and they got me scheduled. He came out quickly and efficiently to replace the broken part. I would definitely recommend Jim, and Trustworthy appliance to come back to my house! Thank you so much, Jim! Affordable prices, and one-of-a-kind customer service!

Coming up on 3 months since the tech came to our house to check on a cooler that is not working properly. I was charged $99.50 for the house call and told that they just need to order a part and they would come back to replace it. I was told it would take a few days at most. In the last 3 months I have had to call more than 7 times (lost track and added in text messaging as well) to check and see if they have ordered the part and/or scheduled the repair. I only put this much effort into trying to get them to stick to their word because I have already paid them $99.50 and they have refused to give my money back. I finally spoke with someone in management about 3 weeks ago and he promised to get the part ordered and promised it would be delivered in 10 days. Fast forward 17 days and nothing...I called again and again was promised it would arrive in a couple days and they actually scheduled and appointment time for later in the week. I checked in this morning to make sure I was not going to sit home all day waiting for nothing and again was told they would be here today to fix it. My window for the repair is now essentially closed and nobody has shown up, nobody has called and nobody has responded to my messages. So, I have spent $99.50 and all I have gotten in return is 3 months of frustration. I know times are tough for small businesses but I have been very patient and given tons of grace for 3 months. I am extremely disappointed and I feel as if my money was stolen on false promises.

We have been through actual hell and back with this company. Refrigerator went out and they sent a technician on a Friday.He Diagnosed the problem and I let them know that I need to speak with my husband before ordering the parts. I Called them the very next day to confirm the order. The person who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about and needed to check with the technician on Monday. Monday came and went no response. So I called the next day again to order the part. They said they would take care of it. A week later never heard from anybody so I called again only to find out that the parts were never ordered. Not only that the technician that came out couldn’t remember even being at my house.So they sent another technician out in another day I had to leave work to meet with them. Diagnosed it again and said they would order the part. Meantime I’ve gone two weeks with no refrigerator now all my food is gone bad and been thrown out. Got ready for installation and the technician called in sick. I find this out over voicemail. So I’ve been trying to call the company and reschedule and no one answers. I even drove over during normal business hours and they were closed. I do not recommend ever working with this company.
