  My AC unit failed on a freezing day and I was scrambling to find someone at short notice. Robert from Trusted heating and cooling came to the rescue. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue within an hour after he arrived. He explained the issue in great detail and had pictures to back it up. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone who's looking for reliable and responsive repair on their heating and cooling system.

  James is the best. He is always helpful and friendly and gets the work completed successfully. The builder of my new construction house did not set up the heating and cooling system dampers correctly, or at all. I don't trust them to fix issues so I had James come out and diagnose and fix the problems. Everything is working how it should have been from the beginning. I am always treated like family here and have had James help with many issues in the past. Thanks again!

  I used Trusted last year for my units’ annual AC and heating maintenance and repair and the units performed well during the snow storm even though I lost propane for a period. I renewed the agreement for 2022 and today they did my heating tune up and repaired a couple of parts. The technician was quick and efficient and I’m totally pleased with the service provided. If I have any future issues I know I can totally count on them.
