Excellent service. Edwin showed up at the allotted time, I didn't have to call him. He took his time to explain everything about the service. The price was more than fair. I ended up having a uv light installed on my ac unit and it's been working out great for my family with allergies.

From the first phone call to this company, I was impressed. Kim was super friendly, professional and accommodating. In the middle of this pandemic and hurricane warning my AC needed to be replaced. Tony was amazing and extremely thorough with his diagnostic and estimate. Edwin is very professional and friendly and knows what he’s doing. My new AC is installed and it’s perfect! We contacted True Temp for replacement of our old HVAC unit.  They came out promptly and provided multiple options and a detailed estimate.  Each option was explained and all questions were answered in easily understood terms. They handled all permitting paperwork and arrived on time for the install. All work was professionally done and they took care to clean up completely when finished.  I would recommend them without hesitation.  They will be our “Go To” HVAC company from now on.
