Best service! Toni is amazing! Highly recommend for attic inspections! Update: DO NOT BE MISLED BY THE FREE INSPECTION. need answers now! It’s been over a month and we still have yet to hear back anything. We submitted important documents so we could qualify for lesser payment. To cut it short we will be contacting our attorney, since this company is not responding to us regarding the services that we asked for (no longer want now) we want our documents back. Extremely sketchy business. Everyone seems to have the same issue.. Another update! Wow this just keeps getting better (being sarcastic) apparently the secretary called me and left a message stating that they’re going to schedule an appointment to come to our house. They did not call me to schedule a time to come by to schedule an audit report they literally scheduled this time on their own. Security cameras are going up! Don’t step foot on our property! It’s been 7 months since they came by to give up a quote on our attic ever since then we tried contacting this company and no one returned our call. And now with only their convenience they’ll come out whenever they want???? Beware if this company! We don’t want any of their services very unprofessional

So this place straight up won't respond to me after several emails. This 'owner' Tony came over and did an 'energy audit' after I reached out to originally get a quote to insulate my attic. They told me about a free energy audit when I reached out to get my quote for attic insulation and asked for all my financial information to see if I qualified for a grant through the city - which I submitted but didn't qualify for. Whatever - no harm done - however, I never received my audit or was explained what I could do through this company to be more energy efficient for my house. I never received a quote and instead I had this creepy dude in my house for over 2 hours who did not offer me any options to insulate my attic or make my house more energy efficient. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LITERALLY COME INTO YOUR HOME AND LOOK AT EVERYTHING AND MOST LIKELY JUST SELL YOUR INFORMATION TO A BUNCH OF DOUCHEY COMPANIES. Straight up, so many other companies you can reach out to for anything that this company claims to offer. Go Bills. Josh Allen is the GOAT. This company is no bueno.

My experience sounds very similar to another reviewer who could not get them to respond after the appointment. Reached out to them due to a condensation issue in ductwork in my attic space. Was not told on the phone how long to expect the appointment to take and scheduled at 4p one afternoon. They arrived 20 minutes late after calling 5 minutes before the appointment time to let me know they were on the way. No harm done there. Appreciated the fact that they let me know they were going to be late. Proceeded to spend about the next hour and a half all over my house and in my attic with an infrared camera, occasionally showing me photos and telling me how poorly sealed and insulated my house is. My family arrived home and as the time got closer to 6p, I asked if we could wrap up the appointment. Even after indicating that it was getting late a 2nd time and asking them to wrap it up again, Tony seemed intent on going through the entire house, including the basement. Seemed odd to me since I called them about an issue in my attic. At one point I was told that my HVAC unit in the attic had a torn belt in it which could only be discovered by removing a service panel in the unit. When I questioned why they were inside my HVAC unit they really didn't have an answer. At that point I realized that they were doing a complete energy audit even though that's not what I asked for. Nor did they inform me that was their intent when they arrived (or on the phone when I booked the appointment). As they were leaving, I asked when I could expect to hear from them to review their findings, recommendations, etc. They told me the following Monday or Tuesday would be reasonable (appt was on Thursday evening). After not hearing from them, I followed up the following Friday (8 days after the appointment). No response. I followed up one more time 4 or 5 days later (almost 2 weeks after the appointment) and again, no response. Obviously, they have no interest in my business and don't value my time because they don't even have the decency and professionalism to respond to me. Obviously, I won't be doing any business with them and don't recommend that you do either. Following up: 2 weeks after posting the above review and more than 5 weeks since the appointment. Still no calls from them. Yesterday, received what was clearly a mass email from them since it was addressed to "Dear (!Contact.Name)". Email was an apology for taking so long to get back to me with an estimate. Cited extreme weather changes, emergency calls, etc....as the reason for the delay. Not buying it. 5 weeks for an estimate? I already had another estimate and had the work completed by someone else in that 5 week period of time.
