  From the first call to job done the service was exceptional. Techs Brendan and James were amazing. They are professional,courteous, friendly and explained everything they were doing. The crew installing the system was courteous and professional. The office personnel were exemplary. I was advised in advance the identity of my tech, with a photo. They arrived at my home within an hour of my call. Both times the calls were after hours. I absolutely recommend True Blue Heat & Air to anyone needing repairs or a new system.

  True Blue came recommended to me by several people and I can definitely see why. I called them early in the morning and was able to make a same day appointment later that afternoon. I think it's such a cool idea to text a picture and a little bio of the technician coming to our house (made us feel safe!). We had a great experience with James R! He was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable making such a large purchase!

  I bought True Blue’s annual service plan two weeks ago. My spring check-up appointment was scheduled for today at 12pm. At 11:20 I received both a text and email showing me what technician was coming, a photo of him, and what his favorite hobbies are. Ralph arrived at 11:59 and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was here about an hour and performed a very thorough check-up. I then received an email with about 20 pictures of my components, amperage, freon, and various pics of both inside and outside units. No other company I’ve ever used has went to this level of customer satisfaction! As a first time True Blue customer I want to say THANKS for showing what a really great service should look like.
