  I chose Tru North to replace our 30 year old HVAC system. I got quotes from 4 highly recommended local companies. Tru North was one of 2 where the company owner personally came to my home. The quotes I received were actually all fairly close for the type of system I ultimately decided on. Given the gravity of the investment, I felt most comfortable going with this company after talking to the owner about how proud of his installers he is. The crew (Matt and Matt with Haley) spent 2 full days on the job due to all the sheet metal and wiring updates. I couldn't be happier with the result. The system is a massive upgrade and their work is very tidy. If price is your only concern, you can find companies that will cost less, but beware that they may not replace EVERY component. These guys didn't leave a single old item in place except the duct runs to the rooms. A+ all around!

  Ray and the folks at Tru North are top notch. The response time is super fast, very professional and they go above and beyond. Most recently, they installed a new a/c unit. Unrelated, the next day one of our heating zones malfunctioned. Ray took time out of his weekend to talk us through a potential fix. When that didn’t work, he scheduled a service visit for the very next day. Recommended 10/10!

  I was so pleasantly surprised at how thorough Ray was in explaining how everything works and what my options were for a full A/C and heat pump system. He was easy to reach at all points, and even made sure to follow up with me a few months after the install. The team was very thoughtful of my space while working, and even looked out for my pet! This system works beautifully and I could not be happier! Ray and his team went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He even helped me when I had issues with a different contractor leaving trash behind from another job. This is a company you can trust! I felt like family with how well I was treated! I highly recommend these guys! Great service, product and staff!
