From Jason who was the service tech who showed each and every issue with the various components, to Rory and his team of installers. This was an amazing experience.   We have biannual service on our cooling and heating. The technician they send is always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are considering getting a new hot water heater installed soon as they offer a discount if you're signed up for their biannual service. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

  I have been impressed with this company's professionalism and customer service. They take time to explain everything and very much want the customer to be satisfied with the service. The technician was here this week during our hottest day ever and didn't even mind the dog hanging out with him while he worked. I would recommend Troutdale Heating And Cooling without reservation.
