We came home and one of our HVAC units was off. We called Robert Trocsch and even though it was after hours and on a Friday night, he came over and quickly evaluated the problem, made the necessary repairs, and had the system back up and running in no time. His customer service was awesome, he was friendly, and very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. And the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Robert Trocsch to anyone needing heat and air service.

He came out for a service call for my home warranty. He told me that the home warranty owed him a lot of money, which was none of my business although I felt bad for him. He then said it would cost over $600 to fill it up with freon, and fix the leak, which he didn't even open the unit up to find. I told him thank you for his time and paid him for his service call and said goodbye. Then called someone I knew I could trust. The only reason he was at my house was this was who the warranty company used. I called the person I trusted and they came out and it only cost $110!!!

R22 is very exspincve, I told you there was a drop in that could be used for around 300 I replaced both of your missing shredder valve caps at no charge and told you that was More than likely were your freon was leaking from. You stated that the home was for sale and you needed a statement that the unit was in good standing and would Last a long time. I told you most reheem units last around 20 years. You are bashing me because you said you didn't have the money for a service call. Tell the whole story, not just a made up side god bless you and God will judge you for the lieing your doing because I couldn't do it for free .
