  Being new to the area and finding a lot of negative posts on FB about other professional service people never showing up or not responding- we decided to take a chance with Tyler Trivett after seeing his Maintenance Program for our heat-pump system… and we are sure glad we did! Tyler was extremely professional - he responded to our first contact via email right away. After an appointment was made within less than a weeks time-he called ahead and was prompt. He provided excellent service and much needed education on our part! We had additional work needed and once again he was prompt and professional! Because we had purchased his Maintenance Program for a year we received a discount on the additional work! I would certainly recommend Tyler Trivett - he is very pleasant, honest and reliable.
