Absolutely a wonderful experience. This is a great place. It used to be known as Brown's appliance, when they were located on Broadway. The staff is excellent. I would recommend this place as a first choice for anyone.

Horrible customer service! We drove over an hour to get a replacement element for our oven. When we get there, they don't have any in stock so they ordered it and we paid for shipping to our home. It arrives and when we put it in it barely heats up. So we called them and they said they would replace it. We drive again over an hour to get there and they tell us nothing is wrong and it has to be something else with our oven. (OUR PREVIOUS ELEMENT WAS BURNT IN 2 DIFFERENT PLACES!) They won't take the "new" one back because it is now "used". So we are out the cost of a new element, shipping, and 2 trips to get absolutely nothing accomplished. I will never do business here again

We are terribly sorry for your frustration. Please understand the supply chain has been severely disrupted by COVID-19. As our website states, we are encouraging consumers to place their order online for store pickup (our website will show whether your local store has the part in stock). Otherwise, to call ahead to confirm the part is in stock. We also cannot take back parts that have been installed because we cannot resell them. Unfortunately it sounds as if replacing the element was not the solution to fixing your oven. We hope you were able to find the solution.

12 year old whirlpool dryer just stopped working. Being the all-knowing, Mr. Fix-It that I am,  I had the problem part pegged and went to Tribles, which was the only parts store in town that had the item I needed in stock. I arrived, and they pulled the part out of the back. I had my old part in my hand and as they were about to ring me up they asked why I thought it was that particular part that was faulty. When my answer was as ignorant as they perhaps expected, they politely suggested it might be a different part and tested my old part right there to see that it, in fact, was working properly. They sold me an 80% cheaper part, but it was the right call! And my dryer is working perfectly.  They may have lost 80% in sales, but they’ve gained a loyal customer. Thanks, Mike for your help!

Not impressed with the level of customer service and communication. This is my second trip to get a part to remove an icemaker. Hope this is the part! Not looking forward to returning and I hope IF need another part, I can find it elsewhere.

Great service , I had my model # serial# and  told them the parts I needed for my dryer.  The right parts in hand within five minutes of walking in the door.  Quicker than Amazon or eBay and local👍

I called them Friday at 5pm in need of a dish washer hose. I advised I could be there right at 530 as I was leaving from Clinton Highway. They told me that they would close the doors at 5:30pm. I asked if they were open Saturday as I had my dish washer in the middle of the kitchen with the power out. They said no. I asked if I could pay for the hose over the phone and they leave it outside just in case I was a few minutes late (traffic). They told me no. I asked is there anything you can do to work with me? The rep said I could talk to the manager. I said sure as I had nothing to lose. The same guy (manager would not come to phone) advised there was no way. They had to be out of there 5:30 on the dot. It was my first time attempting to do business with this company and I will definitely never do business with them purely based on their lack of empathy, lack of accountability to at least talk to me on the phone from the manager, and no attempted resolution at all. The reason I came to write all this was based on the reps condescending attitude through the process. The rep even said I could take the chance. Are you serious? Anyway, it felt like more of a sorry, not our problem. I’d recommend going somewhere the company cares about their customers.

I am terribly sorry for your experience. The manager tells me he has to leave a little early on Friday as his wife was having car trouble, though that is no excuse for the service you experienced! Our branches can only take a CC number over the phone if they are shipping the part via UPS or FedEx. Someone is normally there at least 5-10 minutes past 5:30 while they close out the day. Fred (the manager) offers his sincere apologies and is going to discuss your experience with the staff as we set higher expectations for the level of service we expect from them. If you would give us another chance, I'd like to offer you 10% off any purchase of $25 or more. Simply print this message to redeem.

Fabulous experience at Trible's! The two men at the sales counter were personable, honest & very helpful. They even had a print out for me working before I even asked to get one. My 20 yr old fridge is purring like a kitten. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year's to you all 🎄

Worth the drive!
I’ll be honest & say that I wasn’t thrilled that Brown’s moved from Central Ave to dang near East Nashville (Parkside) but only because it is an inconvenience to myself being further away & that’s selfish I suppose. They still have all the parts & great customer service I grew accustomed to finding at Brown’s now in a nicer (and still convenient to find) building with a new name. The employees helped me figure out what was wrong with my dryer & didn’t just sale me the parts that I was asking for & didn’t need just to make money. Plus they found comparable parts for less of a price to help save me money 🤑 I will definitely make the drive back for my next appliance parts need
