  great small business tucked away in Norfolk. they sell to business accounts as well as private customers. they were open on Saturday at 9am when i had an emergency AC repair. Part was in stock and price was spot on. Bless tribles

  I called to see if they had the past I needed, the guy on the phone was nice but very unprofessional. He let me know they had the part and it would be $119 and said he’d hold it for me because I couldn’t get to the store that same day. We found the fan motor online from the manufacturer for $55, but it did not include the plastic covering or the actual fan which all together would have cost about $95. We opted to pay the extra $24 in order to be able to have the part immediately instead of waiting for shipping. The next day my husband and I went to the store to get the part and found out that it did not include the fan or the plastic covering. So they are charging more then double for a part that we can get from the manufacturer. And what’s more is the woman at the desk had the worst attitude and was extremely unprofessional. Save your time and money. They over charge to the extreme and have horrible service.
