  They came out to my house twice in the last few years. The first time was to fix my heat pump because the cooling part wasn't working. They charged me over $200.00 and fixed nothing. The second time was just over a month ago and they came out to look at my heat pump to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. The guy looked at it and told me that they would give me a price for a new system in a few days. I got a call a day or two later and the woman was extremely rude on the phone. The price was unbelievably high. Yesterday I received a bill of over $100.00 just for them coming out and looking at it for 10 to 15 minutes. I would never do business with them again!

  Triangle has installed a new A/C unit for me, plus performed a few maintenance and repairs on another unit. They are busy, but courteous and kept me informed. They kept to any commitments they made. I found their prices in line with other similar work I've had done.

  Our elderly mother was sold an industrial unit by Triangle H&C in Elkins, WV in Jan 2011. She paid 6400.00 real close to 7000.00 as I told the owner Ms Stodnalker. She seemed to think that 6400 was far from 7000 in my math book they are close. Her unit went out July2016. She called Triangle, but they could not fit her in. She called someone else in Belington who said her coil had a hole in it and charged her over 300 dollars. When I spoke to Triangle H & C this week 18-21July 2016, Ms Stodnalker told me they rode by the same day my mother called but saw she had someone else there. Why didn't they stop, they sold her that big piece of aluminum. Anyway Triangle is rude, they upset my mother everytime she calls and Ms Stodnaker needs to learn some customer service skills she is a rude ignorant woman who does not need to in charge of anything since she cant control herself and actions. Do not use these people. My mother used them because they were referred by a nephew. Companies like this company are ripping off our elderly and it needs to stop. They do not have us to fight for them at a local distance.
