If I could leave 0 stars I would but trust me when I say to beware of this company and their shady business. They are subcontractors for the Southern California Edison and the things I'd tell you will make you want to never use their service ever again! To begin, they are never available, they are short staff, and barely answer the phones! The rare occasion they do answer the phone you can hear people yelling and screaming, cursing, and I think at one point heard dogs barking?? I had an employee once tell me after rescheduling me for the 5th time that she apologizes but everyone in the office has covid and he's showing symptoms so he can't go out. I asked so if they are positive and not showing symptoms you send them out, and she said yes the owners do that all the time. They even have the staff there working if they have covid and follow no cdc protocol. I have others use them for services, one friend of mine had an cooler installed and after trying various times to get someone to go out after they failed the city inspection, she said the person they sent out was rude and said it's fine?? The crew they send out are always in a rush and do such a horrible job because in their words "we have to get as much things installed as we can" tells me that they are more about quantity and not quality. What kind of company rushes work especially something that has to do with the electrical industry just to meet their numbers. I can go on and on but I will leave you with this if you are one of unlucky people to get them as your contractors run! Especially if you get them for your hvac. Also speaking of hvac, I recently found out that they are starting their own hvac company called aqs mechanical with only one person who is actually licensed to do hvac work and he doesn't even do the actual install! They are also getting their information from previous edsion customers they helped in the past, that has to be some breach of confidentiality? I wish luck to the poor unfortunate souls that have to deal with them I fortunately will not. I will be taking my business to John Harrison, a real company not one that's run by ignorance.

Hello Sam, We have reviewed all our records and we show no customer with the name Sam Jones. You have made a lot of false accusations which are defamation to a company and is a criminal offense. We as a company value quality over quantity since we have opened our doors in 1985. We have received multiple awards from the public utility companies we do work for, showcasing that we deeply value our quality of work. As for CDC guidelines, we follow all CDC guidelines and have a thorough COVID plan that has been sent and approved by the California Public Utilities Commission. I am more than willing to send you a copy of our COVID plan if you wish (just send me an email at [email protected] or give a call to my direct line 951-966-2399. It deeply concerns us that we may have an employee that is not following our COVID guidelines and although we actively monitor our COVID procedures with each employee, I ask that you provide me the name of the employee that gave you that information, so that we may launch an investigation into this issue. I would also greatly appreciate the name of the installer that rushed the job as again that is another problem we would like to investigate and take appropriate action. All of our HVAC installers are licensed and up to all California and OSHA regulations and all licenses are saved on file with us and we will gladly provide you with those licenses. We also have 2 corporate officers that hold licenses to open and work an HVAC company. Since all our phone calls are recorded and monitored, please provide us with the number you called from so we may listen to the phone discussion for any training purposes. They installed our A/C. Days later had a big leak, a portion of the ceiling fell Thur, they came out and fixed it, but then there was another leak, this time they said it was caused by a animal . We had it inspected, no sign of any animals. Therefore they didn’t fix it. Later our heater upstairs wasn’t working, they came out , found that a piece of metal had fallen into the motor. They did take care of that. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them.

These people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their hvac services. They installed a swamp cooler and new ac unit, helped us pass city inspection by putting in new carbon monoxide detectors and fire detectors which we hadn't had in a long time. All through an edison program. They are great to work with and know their stuff.
