  My furnace stopped working in the evening on Thursday. I left messages at multiple local heating companies and NONE of them answered or returned my call except for this company. I got the answering service and someone called me back promptly to ask what was going on. They were at my house within 1/2 an hour and diagnosed the problem. They unfortunately did not have the part they needed so I had to wait until the morning however I received a call promptly at 8:30am the next day to tell me the cost of the part. The repair man was here within 2 hours and fixed it. They were exceptionally courteous, prompt, friendly and fixed my problem in less than an hour. Prices were reasonable as well. I did have to pay extra for the after hours service, but that was to be expected. I am so thankful that they were able to help. I would definitely recommend them. The fact that they had an answering service was nice because as I said no other company would answer or return my call. That is crazy because if someone has no heat in the winter that's really a big deal. Customer service is everything these days. If I ever have an issue again THIS Is the company I will call!

  Tri-county installed a central a/c system 18 years ago, which never worked quite well enough. At the time they made some suggestions that I did, which helped slightly. It needed service last summer and they were very responsive but had to come twice. But when it needed replacement this year, I called Tri-county multiplie times but they were completely unresponsive. I got 3 estimates, all told me consistently that the original installation was wrong. So I went with a different vendor, who showed me several other problems with the installation.

  I have had very good experiences with using Tri-County heating. They have come to work on my furnace on two occasions. I have been satisfied both times. The most recent experience my furnace was having an intermittent problem. The technician came ran Diagnostics could not find a specific problem, but did a thorough cleaning of the sensors and the burners. That apparently solve the problem have not had an issue since. I will be using them again in the future for any issues I may have with my furnace.
