  For years I have used their services for repairs and equip replacement, but mostly in the summer when a drain would clog. I was charged an hourly rate of $75/hr and now increased to $85/hr, plus a diagnosis charge of $59.95, in addition to parts. Earlier this summer I called for a blocked drain when a unit wasn't running, my employees always log in and out any service people and he was there as normal for about one half hour. The exact same description of work was on this bill as the others in past years, but this time it was called preventative maintenance at $100 per HVAC unit for a total of $400, instead of the normal $134.95. Wade wanted to argue about how business rates go up and of the amount of work it takes to service 4 units which he claims is 4 hours. So he said I was lying because he demanded that I had called in for preventative maintenance and said my employee is lying because the service tech couldn't have been there for only one half hour, it must have been 4 hours. I mentioned the charges in multiple previous invoices as a comparison, and he said I must have been undercharged for all of those and should be thankful. The service tech was great working with but I don't appreciate Wade's type of customer service where he said he hopes my HVAC stops working and costs me thousands to fix. I've switch to the person who has always worked on my home unit, he charges a flat hourly rate with no surprises and no diagnosis fees and has now taught me how to keep my drains unclogged myself. He also showed me what is done for preventative maintenance and except for checking the freon level it's easily done yourself and certainly doesn't take 4 hours. When businesses have been hit so hard by Covid, I don't appreciate another business trying to take advantage of me with a money grab.

  Awesome company! They replaced my entire HVAc system and some duct work June 2021 and I was very pleased. Stand up folks that I will continue to use and recommend.

  I HIGHLY recommend Tri Counties Heating & AC. Chris and Keith are a dynamic duo! They are super knowledgeable and professional. You can tell their goal is to properly fix any issue fast, but with care at an affordable price. Came out within 2-3 hours after I called. They gave us great advice, along with pros and cons of each option. This will be our new go to for any heating & ac needs. Yes, use Tri Counties Heating & AC!
