  Wonderful service from this company! We own an ice cream shop and one of our dipping cabinets went down. Tri City responded and had us up and running in time for our opening the next day! Very courteous and professional repair person. Will absolutely use again and definitely recommend!!

  From the time I made initial call, TriCity was friendly and professional and could have someone at my house within 24 hours. Jordan was prompt, thorough, and explained things in a way I could understand. He seems to love what he does. Overall, I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the Rapids area.

  Karl Coyer was the tech guy who responded to my call when my furnace went out. He did his diagnostic stuff while explaining to me what he was looking for. Turned out my blower motor went out and my thermostat was not set up properly. The next day he was at my house with new motor installed and reset up my thermostat. I am super happy with everything he did. Turns out my furnace is on the old side and will need more servicing to ensure proper running. He explained what needs replacing and updating. I will be using tri-City this spring for my upgrades and my AC check up, and I will request Karl Coyer.
