  Their A/C service is great! I know the owners, and they are very friendly and helpful. Would reccomend to anyone looking for service from them. Last summer, my AC broke and the fixed it in no time.

  There should be 10 stars for this company! Our system failed after 25 years of faithful service (and of course, it chose to fail during a heat wave). We were fortunate to have been referred to Tri-City. They squeezed us in, assessed our needs and gave us a fair price for replacing the entire system. Steve was absolutely solid in his ability to recommend a new unit that we would be happy with for the next 25 years. We felt very confident in his suggestions and pricing. The crew (David, Justin & Victor) arrived right on time, were very respectful and professional and got the job done a full day ahead of schedule. They were also very helpful and patient in explaining the new equipment and thermostat. If you need a new system, do yourself a favor and call Tri-City. They were fantastic!

  Excellent customer service and great people to work with. Quick response to our initial request, a thorough inspection followed by a detailed description of the work to be done and the high/low cost estimate. Work was done on time, as promised, and very quickly. The crew cleaned up - even swept the leaves off our roof. This is a GREAT company!
