LOVED them when they first showed up, they did half the job I hired them for and did a great job. My problem is that he  never showed back up to finish.  He has reasonable prices, but definitely not worth the wait. It's been four months with wires hanging. I had to hire an other electrician to get the job done.  My guess is that I called,  texted 16 times over the last 4 months, hearing " I haven't forgotten you". I had to move on...

Thanks for the response from the owner, unfortunately completely misrepresented all the facts. No worries best of luck to him and his business. We found a reliable and responsible contractor that completed the work correctly.

Why are you lying about wires hanging down? Done 2 fans for you and replaced all your light bulbs. Also installed protection on your panel. Troubleshooted you’re bath gfci afterwards too at no cost. We didn’t start a thing we didn’t finish. The reason being is that when we were done with all the work your husband came marching with a bad attitude, because he thought we hadn’t fixed a problem. Well the problem was is that we hadn’t even looked at what he was talking about nor did we know. We were tickled to death with you but didn’t feel comfortable doing work like we done before and be done with labor / material on agreement then being asked to remove our work. If you can’t understand the insecurity of trying to get jobs that don’t have a strong foundation of paying us when we are done, then I’m sorry. I figured you would have got the message and idea that we were not interested when throwing you off. I have customers that are waiting and willing to pay with no complaint. We done you all a solid job and I believe you know it. Your just upset that we didn’t come back. It had nothing to do with you Frankie personally, that’s just business that I’m not willing to take financially nor physically to work for. I’m sorry you feel we are a 2 star electrician but God is my witness I was just trying to avoid the situation from possibly happening again. I work hard for my family and have zero interest in taking those chances as I have in the past.

Ps: Your welcome to call anytime and maybe we can settle this with a new clean slate and leave it behind. For a businessman and single income coming in my home, that wasn’t a chance I wanted to take. Gave me a bad vibe... I wasn’t trying to make conflict between your spouse over a silly amateur electrical job when I’m 1 person out of 7 billion people. I’m just taking life day by day. Truly sorry but didn’t know any other way to tell you other then I’m extremely busy. You were persistent in having us come back but still wasn’t worth making conflict between you guys. It’s over now let’s move on.

Only thing misrepresented is we was 2 star earlier today and you didn’t like the response and now 1 star. I know what exactly what happen. I don’t often get yelled at anymore especially with years of mix martial arts practice. That’s not directed toward anything whatsoever but that’s the truth. I just don’t get physically or verbally talked to like that whatsoever. It was very offensive to both electricians. You take it how you would like but it wasn’t right. I’m not one to walk over and cause drama. That’s one of the biggest reasons I don’t participate in social media ranting. If you feel your guilty conscience knock on your door, I’m a phone call away to make things right. End of story (Already wasted more time in writing this post then what it’s worth)

Ryan and his crew came out to my house Tuesday and we identified some issues with my home on a outlet I was concerned with. He identified the issue within minutes and explained what I needed to have done to make sure my equipment and family was safe. I had to run back to Morristown for a quick errand and by the time I was back his team was finishing up the work we agreed upon. I highly recommend these guys for all your needs. He’s fast to identify your issue and upfront and honest with the cost. I will definitely be going back to Ryan and his crew when I need more work done on my house. Awesome guys. Both are very friendly and work hard to make you happy. Very affordable too and know their stuff. If you want fix a previous bozo’s work and make sure you’re up to code, or just fix any electrical issues at all, call these guys. Amazing work

Ryan came out 1 day after I called him and quickly identified my issue. He knew what to look for and how to fix it. Now everything is working again! He took his shoes off at the door and cleaned up after himself. I would really recommend this electrician to the next person. Thanks Ryan!!

I’m not used to being treated so fairly by contractors. This outfit is one of the best. They had the problem fixed in 15 mins and didn’t charge us a dime. Glad to have a neighbor electrician now.

Called Ryan about the electrical issues I was having. He told me he should be able to come within 2, 3 days and would call me. Sure enough, he did and told me what day and time he could come. He and his other guy showed up on time and told me what was needed. They went and got the supplies that they needed and came back the same day and got it done. There did end up being a bit more needed than I expected but glad its done! They were nice and professional, cleaned up behind themselves which I so appreciated. Yes, I would recommend Trent Electrical. I so appreciate the promptness, previous experiences have not been as good!

We just bought a new Tesla Smart Car and searched for a qualified electrician in the area. Was recommended by several people in the area so we reached out to Trent to get scheduled. They came out, gave us a price upfront. Job was completed in 1 day with no problems. We also had them install a surge protection in our panel and 2 new fans on our back porch. They cleaned up all the mess and show us even how to operate the new charging system.
All I can say is if the wife is happy, Im happy. Thanks Guys!
