We set an appointment because our cool air wasn't coming out. Turns out it was my own negligence and I didn't change our filter for almost 2 years... oops. They suggested that over the phone but still set the appointment to check it out. When we changed the filter and cool air came out I called to let them know we didn't need service. They didn't charge us for any appointment cancelation or anything. I told them that they were so nice and the customer service was so spot on that we would contact them whenever we needed HVAC repair. I called a bunch of places to set an appointment and had terrible customer service but these folks were so nice. I would recommend them to anyone on customer service alone. Thanks yall!

Trenary came out in September of 2020 to fix a Freon leak. Instead of sweating the pipe (soldering) they used a SharkBite style connector to repair the leak. This was not known until the work was done. When the technician was questioned about the use of this style of connector, he stated it was rated for this type of pressure. That it was "an $80 connector, it's not going to leak. If it does we'll come back." Fast-forward to May 2021. The connector has failed and is leaking Freon again. Called the office on Monday to see if their work was covered under warranty. The representative I spoke to said they would need to speak with the owner and would call me back. After no call back, I phoned again around lunch and spoke with another person. She was kind enough to get me scheduled for Wednesday but had no details on warranty. Radio silence on Tuesday and after lunch on Wednesday phoned again. They said they could get someone out today but the connector only had a 30 day warranty. It would cost $125 for the service visit. I asked for them to just cover labor, and it was a no. I asked for a discount and it was no. I had to make the choice to use these people and pay full price again for a leaking connector which should have never been used. (Even though I was ensured it wouldn't leak..) At the end of the day I will not use this company again. My pregnant wife and our 2 year old will stay at my in-laws until I can get a reputable company, that backs their work, out to our house to fix their mistake.

My review for Trenary Service Company is not good. I had Joe from the company come out. The service call was $99.00. All he did was to do a factory reset on the thermostat. The thermostat would lose power during the heating cycle. It would keep doing this over and over. Joe thought it was corrected, however it was not. I had to schedule another appointment. When i made the appointment i told them that i was not going to pay for them to come back when it was not fixed the first time. I waited almost a month. On the day he was scheduled to come out, the office called and said it would be $165.00 just to come out. He never fixed the problem in the first place, why are you charging me $165.00 to diagnose it again. No matter how you look at this, its wrong. Charge me for the gas, charge me for the parts or labor, but don't charge me to show up when it wasn’t fixed the first time. My time is no less important than theres. While this company may have good reviews, i would not wish this experience on anyone. UPDATE: 11 December 2020 Since the problem was not corrected, I was forced to call another repair service. Turns out that there was not enough return air to the furnace. This caused the high temperature limit to be met, which is a danger point. Thus the furnace cut power to the system. If Trenary would have took the time to look for the problem, they would have seen this. Trenary Service Company now gets a negative four stars. Lack of understanding, failure to fully search for the problem, and get this job done and get to the next job, are all factors contributing to this rating. Do Not Call This Company For Repairs!!!!!!!
Response from the owner
The thermostat needed to be reprogrammed which we did so, after the power outage it needed it again customer didn’t want to pay for a service call again the return issue had nothing to do with the tstat issue
