  Less than three years old and no ac for the second time this year. Warranty is worthless: unless they made the part it isn't under warranty. Where do they get their tubing, from the local dump.

  Can be very slow at times. Has gotten better lately. Good tool selection. Pricier than most supply houses. Free soda though :)

  Just called in for a part and got the most rude guy ever pick up the phone. Literally the way he said “hello” was like he didn’t want business off rip.
