I arrived. A day early. They let me drop my trailer come back The next day. Got unloaded right away. Very genuine courteous people working here in receiving 💯💯💯

It's my first time here people were friendly I got there at 6am they started unloading me as soon I got on the door shipping and receiving is from 6:00 a.m. to 14:00 Mon - Fri closed on the weekends

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING but there's a shopping center on the corner and a walmart about 1.5mi on the right heading towards Lyons

The GPS tries to take you past the entrance...going south as soon as you see building the truck entrance is on the left. The ladyin receiving was very nice..i only had to wait a few mins for a dock to open.. I was unloaded quickly and back on The Road.

Had a 2:00 pm appointment. Was pushing it by the time dispatch got the information to me, but still checked in at the guard shack at 1:57. Was sent to shipping office at doors 205-206. The man there sent me to Lot 2 to wait for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Yeah, right!! He called me at 5:22 and told me to get in door 205. Backed in and was told that I should be loaded in 15-20 minutes. At 9:49 I FINALLY get a green light!! But...... He's got paperwork to put in the trailer, so I can connect, but not leave. Sooooo......JUST NOW getting out of the door at 10:03!! Still gotta pick up bol's at the guard shack!
And they want you to either disconnect from your trailer OR give them the keys to your truck! Guess y'all won't take but a second to figure out what I done!

Not sure how long they take to load because I'm always having to pick up those dreaded preloaded trailers. For once, I wish that I could catch a break and just chill in a dock for 4+ hours. Nope...Every time I get here, there's the trailer, all loaded and ready. Ridiculous.

Very good company. They make qulity units, there a great company with great befits. The only down fall is there hard to get in with.

This is my third delivery and they get you in a door quick and start unloading in a timely manner.

Everybody that works here is rude besides the poor men loading the trucks they get the blood of it all 2 hour load time
