  The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The person at the desk was taking calls over what looked like a personal cell phone. I asked if he would enter my points to the reward system for the purchase I made. And all I got was a very short response stating I'll get someone else to do it. Didn't take my email, so highly doubtful that the points will be added to my account. Work on your customer service skills.

  Great place if you need A/C parts, but they make you walk outside after buying your items. I felt like closing a... different transaction, where cash and product are separated...
