  Will never buy another Trane. Have had nothing but problems and expence from the start. The latest concerned a part covered by warranty. It was first installed in June when the air conditioning quit working at the cost of $179 for labor. Then it became evident that the part was faulty when the unit would not self defrost durning cold weather. Replaced again at a service expense of $210. Like I said, it has been this way from the start. Nearly four hundred dollars for one part!

  Great air conditioners, and heat pumps! Do not go for the tuna-fish sandwiches. I helped myself to one from the fridge, and some guy yelled at me, saying - "Hey that's mine!"
