  We were very pleased with the furnace installation. Tyler and Blake were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They called in advance to make sure they could get to us and said they were committed to getting our new furnace installed as quickly as possible. The company was responsive from our first contact with them which was a visit from Joe Hughes. They loaned us space heaters to keep our place warm until the new furnace could be delivered. Excellent service from start to finish.

  Joe Hughes arrived with a huge tool bag, and was able to rewire and repair our old furnace so that that our new wood floors which were stacked in boxes in our living room could be kept at 65 degrees or higher to prevent curling of the wood for 5 days before installation. We had the furnace working properly the days leading up to this day of delivery; however we woke up to 18 degrees outside and 58 degrees inside! We called Trademark Mechanical Heating and Cooling, and they sent Joe Hughes out with a huge tool bag, and he went to work on it, and he got it up and running and achieved the proper temperature, and saved the day

  We were very happy with the installation of the Ductless AC and Heating system. The installers, Tyler, Blake, and Brandon, and the electrician, Scott, were professional and they worked efficiently. We were kept informed throughout the process. The system is great and we are so pleased with the results.
