  I usually never write reviews but I really had to. Kevin is amazing very nice & professional. I called this morning left a message he called back in less than an hour and was here within 30 min. Talk about fast service. I would highly recommend Tracy D Steele for all your AC needs and repairs. They are quick and efficient he had my ac blowing cold in know time. Thanks again Kevin I will definitely be referring your company to everyone.

  After researching for so many A/C companies, had so many estimates, we finally decided to go with Tracy Steele's company. Before we made the final decision, a friend of mine also used his company and said you won't regret hiring them. She was right. Tracy was very honest, explained difference of HVAC systems, and he was very professional. Dan and Kevin were Amazing. I can't say enough good things about Tracy and his son's work. They were on time, very quick, and very thorough. They cleaned up all the mess, and Dan explained in detail how system works, about their warranty etc. Did I mention the unit is very quiet? I highly recommend them.

  After being told by another service that I needed a completely new A/C unit, I reached out to Tracy for a second opinion. Thank goodness I did! He responded immediately, showed up for our appointment right on time, and had my repair completed within about 15-20 minutes. Emphasis on repair; there was no need for a new system at all. Tracy couldn't have been more professional or reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for anyone wanting great service at a fair price. Thanks Tracy!
