  We've been getting oil delivery and furnace inspections from Townsend for a while, with good service. Recently we bought a replacement oil tank. Well thought-out, detailed proposal and excellent installation. Taking off a point from the rating because of a high initial price (negotiated it down by $1,200!) and being ghosted by the salesman after the deal was signed. But this tank is a quality product and will last us for years, overall quite happy. Recommend this company, but be sure to negotiate on price.

  Our heating oil tank started leaking after 25 years. Townsend had a technician out to apply a temporary patch immediately. Their oil tank specialist did a great job of showing us the various tank options and offered us a reasonable price and a quick installation appointment. The installation took a few hours but the team was very courteous and professional. Overall a great experience and exactly what I would expect from Townsend Energy.

  We are so very happy with our new Roth oil tank. It looks great and is much safer than our old one. The Townsend Energy installation team did a fabulous job! They were friendly and worked very fast and efficiently. They took considerable care in all of the aspects of the installation and did a quality job. We're very pleased with the end result; it gives us more space and substantially improves the overall look of our mechanical room.
