  I never want to write a poor review on a company but this is unfortunate., This company took six months to install an AC unit after saying the lead time was 6-8 wks after order is placed . The unit worked for 18 days and stopped working. I have been trying to get them to fix the problem for over 3 months. Its now been a total of over nine months after placing the order that I don't have a functioning AC. Its been one excuse after the order. I am totally fed up. I hope no one else has to use this company and go through this experience.
