  Aaron has worked on our HVAC systems for close to 10 years. Explains his work as well as thinks what will be needed ahead. When we sold our old house we brought TSS with us to our new place due to the service we received over the years.

  As a Facility Manager operating in several states I appreciate the ability to work with TSS for our HVAC needs. TSS services our buildings in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Working with Sheridan in Washington, Shawn in Oregon and Brian in Idaho has been a great experience. Our quarterly PM is coordinated and billed back to us on a consolidate billing. When we have emergency needs, they are diagnosed quickly and estimates are given, then repairs are made as soon as parts are acquired. Managing the Heating and Cooling to multiple sites in multiple states is a huge task but utilizing one vendor has been AWESOME!

  As the Maintenance Director for a 130 unit Assisted Living Facility, I have been using TSS for over 13 years. The thought of calling any body other that TSS never crosses my mind. They are great!! It all starts with, "Its a great day at Total Systems", and just keeps getting better. ALL of the techs are highly trained professionals. Ive never seen such a bunch of nice guys in one company. Example: Spencer just came out to take care of 4 different issues. When I see him walk through the front door, I know my HVAC troubles are over. He can be on my roof servicing RT units in 104 degree heat and still smile. Long story short, TSS is who you want to call.
