  From first contact setting up appointment to technician completing work… very professional and friendly. I was notified when tech was on the way. Josh was great with identifying the problem with my heating system and fixing it in a very timely manner. I would recommend Total Services to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you all

  Josh was amazing he was so helpful. Listened to everything I explained. Showed me pictures of duct and explained everything that need to be fixed. Removed old thermostat and replaced new one and remained until everything started working properly. He even made me laugh. Thank you for your excellent service.

  Seth was the service agent who repaired my AC/Heating. He was courteous and very professional. He made sure the system was working properly before he left and made recommendations for a more efficient system.
