  Ryan at Total Quality Services had installed our new furnace for the house we purchased a year ago. The work looked not the best, but as a new home owner I didn’t know any better. A year later I go and try to change the filter on our furnace and realize there aren’t even any filters installed. There isn’t even a place to put one. I texted Ryan and he said it was for sure there but I texted him pictures showing what I saw. He said he would come on Tuesday and that he would ring me when he was in the area. Tuesday I hadn’t heard from him and texted in the afternoon. He said he was not in the area and something came up and would let me know when he could get to me in the future. Word for word this is what he told me, “My life changes every split-second I never know where I’m going to be end up with emergency calls I go to the most serious one as always but I will positively get you fixed up as quickly as I can”. He never notified me that he couldn’t come and still hasn’t contacted me. I have instead called another company who confirmed my suspicions that the job was done to a standard that works at a good quality. I will never work with this company again.

  We hired this company to install a new HVAC system in our home on June 13th. We have in writing from their employee Jansen that it would be completed by the end of the following week. Instead all they have done is demo and destroy the old system so that we no longer have air flow in our home. They have required us take multiple days off work each week in order to meet them on site for install and then never show up. We are now 4 weeks past the day we ordered and they have yet again not shown up. They have refused to provide a refund so that we can go elsewhere, refused to deliver the product so that we can have someone else complete the labor and refuse to show up at the set times to complete the project themselves. If I could provide negative stars I would.

  I am a general contractor. I hired this company over eight weeks ago. They were supposed to install and set up HVAC system for a client and they never did. They brought their equipment and never came back to complete the job. No call, No email, no answer. I am very disappointed, I put a 50% down deposit and now I have a very upset client. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COST. Extremely unprofessional, extremely unreliable and untrust-worthy. All around bad company. I would recommend to look anywhere but here.
