  I don't know what they really do. I do know, don't have them "maintenance" your furnace for $80. My wife said, guy showed up on time. Opened furnace doors, smacked a rag around said, "yep, it all looks good and working properly." He placed 5 pieces of tape on a furnace that had leaks all over. My wife was taken advantage of in this process plain and simple. We are adding on an addition to our home. Guess who we aren't calling for that job? This company. Dan took no accountability. Zero stars if possible.

  Purchased a heating and air conditioning unit three months ago. Was told that they have 24/7 repair service. The furnace is already not working properly and when I called to have someone come out I was told that none of their technicians were available and they would call me by end of business or the following day. The fact that they had 24 seven repair at no additional cost was part of the reason I purchased from them. They are a contractor for Home Depot.

  Dan did a great clean install on my new system at a competitive price with no issues whatsoever and always answers his phone to my answers my questions through the whole process will continue to use them and refer them to family and friends!!!
