  I called and asked if their yearly maintenance was $149 per visit or per year. The very rude lady on the phone just kept saying they serviced twice a year. I had to ask her three times how much it cost. Then she said they wouldn't schedule it over the phone. I was told I had to send in a payment and they would come service my heat pump when they were in the area. So after being treating like a child on the phone I'm supposed to prepay and wait until it's convenient for them? Yeah right!

  Horrible customer service. Called multiple times with returned call. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

  Called asking about a simple inspection and service, but the lady who answered the phone was exceptionally rude. Call someone else who won't treat you like garbage.
