  Brett was punctual, kept us informed on his arrival time. He was personable , listened to our ideas and crafted a bathroom layout in quick order. He had good ideas and explained why and how the design could work out. We felt confident in his recommendations and he displayed competence in his job. He was courteous and attentive. All around I would say he scores high in all areas of professionalism.

  Total Climate Control was punctual with my delivery. Tony was very pleasant and accommodating, when I asked him to leave the air conditioner around the back of the house instead of in the garage. I like that you are notified by text when the workers are on their way. I wish more companies did that. It was a very positive experience.

  AWESOME !! We stopped by your shop on Monday afternoon , late , and the door was locked , Trevor saw me and let me in and asked me how he could help . I told him our problem and he said he would have Marsha call us the next morning to set up an appointment . She did and the appointment was yesterday. Trevor showed up this morning , at the designated time , and fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes !! AWESOME !! We had been calling the outfit that installed the system , three years ago , and they didn’t respond . THANK YOU !!!!!
