BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.........OK, so where to start, My mom is 96 yrs old and is medically fragile. Her AC was broken and waited 3 days before it was replaced, and we are customers for 14 years and have a service contract with them. They said the unit couldn't be fixed and had to be replaced $1900 bucks. I never received any notice that they were coming yesterday and they just showed up. I have clearly instructed the receptionist to only call me her son, not my mom and I need to know when they are coming. They replaced the compressor and condenser, which by the way is in the same unit housing, its much easier to replace the unit instead to do the repair. That makes me question the integrity of the company as a practice. I called again for today to let them know unit was not working properly. Yes they say no problem will call you with advanced notice. Not the case, they just showed up again when I was supposed to have had a courtesy call with an hour lead time, did get a call saying he was coming in 5 min, and tec showed up. He was trying to talk to my mom who doesn't understand, he was getting ready to leave then I luckily caught him still there. He was ready to brush it off and I explained that there is a problem. It can clearly be seen, it appears that the drain pan is leaking. Its leaking onto the tile floor and my mom, who is 96 can slip and fall. It seems that after they did the unit install yesterday, again without speaking with me first, no one came into the unit to run it. They would of clearly noticed that it wasn't working correctly. So here we are, the tec said now on Monday that I should call the office and speak with Jerry? This should be noted, its the old pass the buck. I even have a medical fragile letter listed with their office so they know the deal. I will press charges against TOTAL if anything happens to my mother because of this situation. This is gross neglect and poor management or a repair. BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE

Waiting for a piece for a Bosch washer since November. The tech charged 125 for diagnostic I January they showed up with wrong part. After calling ( it takes at least 15 min to have someone on the phone) they finally schedule last week. A technician arrived 1h late after telling me he was there in 10 min and had a work order to repair the dryer- which is working just fine- Rescheduled for this morning. Sent my housekeeper since I was working. The main office called that the job was completed so I paid over the phone $188 and I asked if all was working. Of course was the answer. Too bad my housekeeper called saying it was not working and the technician was coming back next Monday. Another 25 min on the phone. Probably the worst service I ever experienced

No I have been on on on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for a contract department representative. When my call was finally picked up the representative said hello and hung up! I then tried to call in through the service appointment line and the recording stated that I was number 14 in the cue. Please confirm my contract and I would like you to forward this email to a senior manager on your end and have that person call me at ********** This level of service and responsiveness is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be expecting a call back at your earliest convenience. In the meantime you will see this review on Yelp as well as other review sites. Craig

I am sorry, we are terribly shorthanded at the moment and having trouble finding good employees. We are working on increasing our staff. We are also having shortages due to illnesses. I am sorry for the delay.
