  I didn't have any heat for three weeks. I called several companies, and nobody was returning my calls. I spoke to Trevor last Friday at 5 o'clock pm. and he took care of me. The next day on Saturday morning Alan my sales rep showed up right on time at 9am. with a big smile. He designed our new hi efficiency tankless gas boiler that mounted on the wall. No more wet basement problems. Now it direct vented out the side of the basement wall not my 130-year-old chimney. He gave us a good price and financing approval in five minutes. He said they could install the unit on Wednesday. Four days later! The whole process took 1.5 hrs. No fooling around with phony pricing. Ryan, Andrew, and Justin showed up at 7:00 am and did a fantastic install all in one day. The work area was cleaner than what I left them when they were done. Alan my sales rep even came by on this day off and brought the guy's cheesesteaks so they could get the job finished. It doesn't get any better than this. These guys are the real deal! I'm in the bathroom and kitchen remodeling business and this kind of customer service is rare. Thanks again guys!

  I found my overall experience with topline a positive one. Jeff headed up my installation. He and Dallas knew what they were doing. Zach delivered our equipment. They were all professional, clean, polite and efficient. The company's response to my questions about our project was quick and helpful. I will look to use top line again in the future.

  TopLine Heating & Air both present and deliver exactly what they advertise as “TopLine”. This crew of team members starting from the sales managers to the field techs, was a absolute pleasure to deal with. This company may be advertised as a larger outfit company like most HVAC company’s, although completely separate themselves from the rest by delivering a special customer service that just can’t seem to be found by the larger competition. From the phone calls going directly to a sales manager, to next day scheduled estimates then following with almost next day installs just makes things so much easier when your a customer that needs service sooner than later. Communication throughout the entire process was great, all team members presented themselves as professionals and at the end of the work day followed up with a walk through of how everything works to insure customer is completely satisfied. This company personally came through for my mother during a hard time that we were all going through as a family. It was in the middle of a heat wave week with her having just moved into a new home after losing our father. Her home was reaching temps of almost 110 deg at times causing extreme discomfort for her to even live in her new home. Unfortunately with the losing of my father and some major health issues that occurred throughout the year, just simply put having a complete in home AC unit installed out of budget. Fortunately though Alex, Shannon, Jeffery and the rest of the team where able to all come together to work up a plan on how they could get my mother into a cool home for the summer with a price point that could fit our budget. Thank you to all at TopLine that were involved as for your hard work and caring for the customer to the fullest goes such a long ways in today’s world. Sincerely, The Demharter Family
