  Alex, Ryan and Justin. Thank you for your professional positive attitudes.What a wonderful group of young people to have worked with. From our sales meeting with Alex. The time you take to make sure Justin and Ryan knew all the important issues of working in a very old house. Thank you Alex for going over and above to make sure our final cost was a fair price. It was a wonderful surprise when the company acknowledged the job went much smoother then the quote price. My conversation with Ryan, about my concerns of possible damage that could happen to the old stone work. Ryan you calmed my fears, that never happened! You drilled perfect holes through 21" stone walls!! We could not get a soul to even look at this job. The messages from Justin on arrival time, and addressing the wiring needs of our new split units. The installation on the outside of our 250 plus year old home, looks so clean and tidy. Justin , Ryan you installed exactly as I asked. Awesome job!!! Highly recommend Topline Heating.

  To say Topline did their job well is an understatement! From the moment I called in they were pleasant and understanding. My home was at 50 degrees in the middle of winter and within 2 hours of my call Andrew was out to assess the issue. After review of the furnace my husband and I decided it would be more beneficial to simply replace the unit rather than repair it. Within another hour Alan was out to quote a total replacement. He explained all of the components and how the new furnace would be more efficient and compact. Alan immediately scheduled our replacement for the soonest day possible (2 days later). Due to the temperature of our home and a minor resident Alan even provided heaters so that we would be able to stay in our home. Fast forward to installation day and I was once again met with technicians who were pleasant and courteous. Justin and Ryan were in our home earlier than anticipated and stayed all day to ensure the job was done correctly. They both were courteous to our son sleeping and used our side door to prevent the cool air from drafting into the living space. When there was improper insulation around the previous units coil Ryan acted quickly and created new metal insulation to prevent mold from forming in the future. Despite their 9 hours in our home you would hardly know the pair was here at all. I cannot thank everyone enough for returning our house to a home. If you’re questioning if Topline is the right company to use, I promise you won’t regret taking the plunge!

  Top line impressed me just by having next day appointments available and when the tech got here, Andrew was very thorough. He explained everything very well and was friendly. Left his work place cleaner than when he came and solved our issue quickly. Will definitely use their services again.
