Had a new HVAC system installed. Bought the 10-year extended warranty that included 2 scheduled service calls within the first year... they showed-up only once! Now 3 years on... no heat in the dead of winter. Called 3 times. left messages. No response. Like every other small-time hoodlum, they take your money and run.

Top Tier service is a great company, that does great work. I have used them twice to three times to fix my heater and ac when it’s broke on me. Each time they delivered fast reliable services.

Top Tier Service has provided me with everything. They do all of the refrigeration systems for my bar and also all of the cooling. Not only did they install and get us all of our units, but my mom and dad also use Top Tier for their services as well.
