Got hit today because a driver pulled out in the most unsafe way. And then paused on his way across a busy hwy. Your drivers are usually either on the phone or eating I get its hard when you don't have an office. But other lives shouldn't be at stake to make sure you get your last minute done. But it's a good note of how your business cares for its customers.

I was scammed out of $3500. From a top tech employee. They brought a "new" unit. It hasn't worked more than 36 hrs. This was in June its now nov. I have to put in and pull out fuse to make heat come off and on. Finally got a different technician. They said they were not responsible for their employees' theft of my $3500. Then sent me another $75.00 bill. Use these people at your own risk.

My name is Brad Yelton and I am the owner of Top Tech Heating and Air Conditioning. Lets address these false accusations one at a time. 1-You were not scammed out of anything by my company. If so, you could provide a invoice showing this. You, in fact, knowingly paid another companies, as well as mine, ex employee to do a side job for you. I do not why you chose to do something like that. Had you hired a licensed contractor, you problems would have been handled differently. Until yesterday, none of my employees had been to your home in a company truck. I can back that up with gps reports. 2-It is my understanding that you purchased a used unit, which I never would have sold you, without a warranty these 2 guys are noy willing to honor. This is why you should use a licensed contractor. We are required to have several types of insurance and will be around to handle your warranty issues if they arise 3-You were sent a invoice for yesterday because you placed a service call to your home. The 75 dollars was for the diagnostic/trip charge where we discovered that your heater needs a furnace control board having nothing to do with the illegal ac you purchased in June. The 75 dollars is a legitimate fee that you owe In short, the majority of your complaint is incorrect. We will be happy to order the part needed if you authorize that
