  The service tech was nice but did not inform me that he was taking our programmable thermostat that connects to our wifi and replaced it with some cheap $5 thermostat. I’ve contacted the company and NO RESPONSE! So yeah I feel they basically stole our nicer thermostat.

  The downstairs livingroom area has been extremely cold and upstairs extremely hot. The repairmen adjusted what needed to be corrected on both levels, reset thermostats, took measurements of all the vents and corrected some things in the attic with the equipment. I'm extremely happy and it was fixed. Never had this much air come through the downstairs vents. Thank You. You're highly RECOMMENDED!!!

  Excellent customer service and professionalism!!! They patiently helped me to select the right HVAC system to replace a 21yr old Ruud system. They even offered to allow me to see a recently installed unit. We settled on a reasonably priced 17 Seer Bryant system which was installed without any issues. I would highly recommend them and would/will use them again! Their services definitely lived up to their name.
