  Ken and his team are awesome! He is very informative and insightful. I can tell he truly loves his job and takes good care of those who he services! Hunter assisted as well and very polite! Both guys make a great team and I can tell they work well together. They even assisted with me getting a bedroom set upstairs and did so graciously. Thanks so much guys for coming through and servicing my home.

  The crew at Tommy's Total Heating and Cooling Repair was top notch, respectful and attentive. They kept me informed of the progress that was going on with my furnace the entire time it was being installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the job done right the first time. This is my second experience with Tommy's, a previously installed my AC system in 2019 and now my furnace and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work guys!

  Ken was an extremely kind and helpful individual. He walked me through every step of what he was doing to fix my oil furnace and gave pictures to summarize as well. I appreciate the quality of the work completed and the service provided today. It's rare to find genuine people that do honest work and that's what I received.
