  Called Tommy D's via AHS insurance. From the time of call to when he showed up was just a few hours. Our furnace was dead. No indicator lights and no heat. He got here within minutes of the start of his arrival time window, quickly found the problem, fixed it and left. We have heat! He was very professional, friendly, responsive to questions, though I tried to not be annoying and let him do his job. This was my 2nd experience using Tommy D's and am equally satisfied with both events. I will likely use him again and would definitely recommend him to other people (I like). :)

  Just had my furnace replaced by my home warranty and tommy was the contractor. As skeptical I was with home warranty. Tommy did an excellent job and would 100% recommend him to anyone. He always called me with updates and let me know when I had to call my home warranty to give them more info so he could complete his job. 10/10

  Received the Home Warranty work order yesterday and called first thing this morning and got me on the schedule for Wednesday from 5-7pm with possibility of fitting us in today. They fit us in today, technician was polite despite what has probably been a very long, hot day for him as well. He detected the leak and was able to get it fixed and was very thorough when answering my questions about our unit. Grateful he got our air working again, the extreme temps were rough the last several days.
