Our furnace died 2 days ago. Called Toms the next day and Brad came out. Very professional. And he walked me through and showed me all of the things wrong with our furnace. We decided to get a whole new system. 2 installers came out today. Josh was one and I apologize for not getting the other young man’s name. Both very professional and exceptionally skilled at what they do. They were done in less than 3 hours. That’s removal of the old system,inside and out, and installation of the new system. And Stephanie helped us through the whole process. Thanks to all who were involved with getting heat back in our home. Outstanding effort,outstanding company.

Called this morning and requested A/C service, ours was not cooling.
Tom's called right back as soon as they opened and scheduled me for between 10-12 same day. Tyler (technician) was on site at exactly 10 and explained what he was going to do. Repairs were completed in 30 minutes and A/C works great. Definitely recommend these folks and will be my first call in the future.

Outside unit was making a lot of noise, Tom's sent a guy out and he couldn't figure out what was wrong (to be fair, the noise stopped while he was there). He told me just to wait until it stopped working. Well a month later it stopped working and the same guy comes out and tells me he can't get a new fan motor for it and tries to sell me a whole new system. I bought the part online for a fraction of what they told me it would be IF they COULD get it. Wish they had sent out someone helpful.

We find the office staff very helpful and the reminder emails as a service call approaches helps keep us organized. The service technicians are friendly and professional. They get the job done! We've been pleased that we decided to use Tom's when we were needing a new heat/air unit. We also appreciate the periodic service checkups to keep our unit running efficiently.

I needed a freon refill and Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning were able to send a technician out to my house within a half hour.  Josh was very polite and professional and was able to check and get my system topped off quickly and efficiently.  It was a good price for value, and I would recommend and use their company again.

I was new to using toms heat and air. Needed air fix quick and found them in the phone book (yes I still have one). They arrived when they said they would. Found the problem and fix it super quick. Called them the day before and they set me up for early appointment. The tech Bryan showed up on time was very courteous and wore his mask the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about everything and had no problem answering my many questions. He was quick clean and very efficient. Will definitely be using there services again.

The lady that answers the phone is very kind. Every tech I've talked to has entertained my natural curiosity about how heating and air works. Talked me through what the repair will entail and how to prevent problems in the future.

The only negative thing I can say is that the after hours fee should maybe scale depending on how late it is. But I get that they're doing the industry standard. And anyone's who had their air go out in the middle of the heat of summer, it's 100% worth it when you're miserable.

They're accommodating, they listen, they're helpful. And most of all, they know how to fix your heating and air!

I am nothing but impressed by Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning!  These guys are top notch... Barry came out to our place (in the sticks) post haste and gave me several estimates which were very reasonable.  Josh and Tucker were able to come out a day earlier than an already early schedule date to install a complete dual fuel system.  Very professional and easy to work with - I highly recommend them!
