  Tom showed up late, had a very contrary attitude. He was there to diagnose my ac which has been broken for months. He said he would get his bid in with the warranty company right away. It has now been a month & neither myself nor the warranty company has been able to contact him. The literal WORST. negative stars for you Tom, you have no concern for a family & dogs that are living in a 100° House.

  Worst company to deal with. Tom never answer his phone, email, or text. He’s rude to his customers and is not on your side if you are getting a repair through a warranty. I wish I could give negative stars because I would rate him a -5 star.

  A/C unit started to crap out, I called 5 companies. No one could see it until next week or later. Luckily, Tom called me back, and said they could see me today! Right away, Thomas gave me a discount. Tom (his son) came out and cleaned the unit, showed us how to take care of it, showed us how to make circulate the air in the house better, very efficient, and very friendly. The unit needed a GOOD cleaning and freon. No hard pushing sale. I could not be more pleased!!
