  Jonathan responded promptly and was able to come out the next day. He fixed one of our heating units and checked out both AC units. One had a small leak which he will be able to repair under warranty. Great service.

  My AC unit started making a loud metronome-like sound Thursday night - even after I turned off the unit. Johnathan came out on Friday and quickly figured out it was a thermostat issue. He was able to fix the issue and have everything running properly in no time at all. This is the second time I’ve called on Tobacco Road Heating & Air, and I’ll never use another company. I can rely on Johnathon to be prompt, professional, and trustworthy. This is a top-notch company with excellent customer service and knowledge.

  Tobacco Road HVAC is superb! We were desperate to get our furnace fixed after it went out on the coldest day of the year. Jonathan quickly responded and knew exactly what was wrong. We highly recommend and we are going to use him from now on. Excellent!
