I am Katy's Husband our ac went out in the middle of the afternoon we live in mustang so we called TLC they came out within a hour got our unit up and running in no time did a great job. So i wanted to stay with them so called to get there service plan i was told it was better that way said they would call me back with the information they never did so i called back two more times keep getting the runaround so i guess i wont' be useing them any more. I was going to give them 5 stars but because that i am giving them a 3 stars. Harell Smith
