  During the coldest part of the year so far our furnace broke unexpectedly. We called Tinmen and they came out to take a look. Bruce was so helpful and professional and he didn't push or try to upsell us. He explained the situation in a way we could actually understand, offered us all our options for repair or replacing our furnace, and actually took the time to answer all of our questions. We were scheduled quickly but someone came by to drop off space heaters for us anyway so we wouldn't be uncomfortable in those 2 days while we waited. Joe and Jason came and replaced the furnace in less than a day and had our house toasty again. They were also very sweet to our two extra needy dogs and were super easygoing. Since then they also replaced our thermostat and have made sure we are 100% happy with our new furnace. I really can't recommend them enough to friends, family, or strangers. We're just so grateful for an easy, stress free experience. At actually reasonable prices too! Thanks guys, we appreciate you! -The Johnsons.

  Everything from setting appointment to paying the bill was first rate. The administration and f/up excellent and sincere. The technician Jeremy was prompt, well trained and professional. I can be very particular when it comes to service and especially honest in reviews but I was really pleased overall.

  Tremendous service from this company, both in the office and the technicians that came out (Jason and Wilfredo). From start to finish, top notch. They don't try to oversell you. They give you exactly what you need and if you want a few add-ons they are more than willing to offer that as well. They keep you very well informed as to what is needed and what is an add-on and what that add-on provides but they do not push you on it. They inform you and allow you to make the decision. I have a disaster of a house when it comes to maintenance and they crushed it. My utility room looks 10x better from just what they did. Highly professional, friendly, respectful, informative, and just good people. I will be using them for all future services as well. They have earned it!
