Wish I could give this a 0. Reserved a U-Haul for a Sunday. Get to the location to check in and there’s no key code for the key box. Get online with U-Haul support (not the manager) and they inform me of the key code to the key box. Open box, no keys. All while I’m continually reaching out to the manager in order to try to get the situation sorted out. Avoid renting from this place as they in no way will make themselves available if anything goes wrong. Currently on the phone with U-Haul support so they can find me another location that can help us. Official complaint filed as well. Thanks timely air! Update: Lafayette came out and helped with the issues that we faced. Very much appreciated. Although it was difficult at first, the owner came through. Thanks!!
