  Beware, this company is not licensed!! Tony, the owner, said he did not need a license to do service calls when I asked for his Arizona ROC number yet he gave us a quote of $2,500. to install a split unit several months ago. Luckily we did not hire him because if something had been done wrong, there is very little recourse without a license. He has taken over the Gardner Heating and Refrigeration phone number. Gardner was licensed, did our heating system and did a great job. Since then they have closed and Tony/Timberline Heating and Air took over their phone number so that's how we got in touch with him. I believe he may have worked for Gardner Heating and Refrigeration. He was extremely rude on the phone and when my husband called him back, his voice mail was full and he wouldn't answer. The website listed does not exist.
